We ship the same day

We pack and ship your order the same day you place it. When it leaves, we email you the tracking number so you always know where it is.

Shipping rates

We ship to Spain and to every country in the European Union:

• Mainland Spain: €4.61. Free on orders of €100 or more.
• Balearic Islands: €5.74. Free on orders of €100 or more.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €14.99.
• European Union: depends on the country, from €9.75 to €19.07. For example: Portugal €10.40, Germany €11.87, France €12.57 and Italy €13.70. Free on orders of €300 or more.

You will see the exact cost at checkout before confirming your order. For now, we don't ship outside the European Union.

Delivery time

Once shipped, your order usually takes 1–2 working days to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and 3–5 working days to the rest of the European Union. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take a little longer because of customs procedures. You can check the status of your shipment at any time with the tracking number.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to import taxes or customs handling fees at destination. These amounts are not included in the price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before paying. If there is a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: since we ship the same day, we can only change it if the order hasn't left yet.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, write to us through the contact page or the website chat with your order number and we'll sort it out.
