You have 14 days to return your order

You can return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving us any reason.

Conditions

• The item must come back in the same condition you received it: not used beyond trying it on, unwashed and with its tags and accessories (such as the Certilogo card), if it had them.
• Pack it well so it isn't damaged in transit.
• If the item comes back used or with damage it didn't have, we may deduct the loss of value from the refund.

How to make a return

1. Write to us through the contact page or the website chat with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the address to send it to and the steps to follow.
3. Send it with a tracking number and keep the receipt until you receive your refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or doesn't match the description. In that case, we pay for it.

Refund

We refund the amount you paid using the same payment method you used, including standard shipping if you return the whole order. We do so within 14 days of you telling us about the return, once we have received the item or proof that you have sent it. Depending on your bank, the money may take a few more days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Every item is one of a kind, so we can't exchange it for another size. If you'd like a different item, make a return and place a new order.

Faulty items or items that don't match the description

If you receive a damaged item or one that differs from the description, write to us with photos as soon as possible and we'll offer you a free return.

Authenticity guarantee

All our items are authentic. If a recognised authentication service determines that an item bought from Stoneshp is not authentic, we'll refund 100% of the amount, including shipping both ways, with no time limit. Find out more in our authenticity guarantee.
