El protocolo

Inspección pieza a pieza

This is what a verified Stone Island looks like

Certilogo · Stone Island

Certilogo is the official system used by Stone Island to certify its garments. By entering the CLG code from the inner label at certilogo.com or scanning its QR code, the website confirms the result.

When the garment is original, this screen appears: the Stone Island logo over a yellow-to-green gradient and the word Authentic in the center. It is the check we perform with every garment that includes it.

And one like that from C.P. Company

Certilogo · C.P. Company

C.P. Company also certifies its garments with Certilogo, but its result has a different appearance: a sober gray background with the word Authentic in white.

If a C.P. Company garment shows Stone Island's color gradient, or vice versa, something is not right. That is why we always verify that the screen corresponds to the brand of the garment.

Our guarantee

We are so confident in our checks that we back them with no small print. If a recognised authentication service finds that an item bought from Stoneshp is not genuine, we refund the full amount, including shipping. And if you simply don’t like it, you have 14 days to return it.

Questions

Are all your garments original?

Yes. We only sell original garments that have passed our individual inspection. If a piece does not 100% convince us, it is not published.

What is Certilogo and how do I verify it?

Certilogo is the authentication system used by many original garments: they include a tag with a unique code (CLG) that you can enter at certilogo.com to verify it yourself. Older garments may not have it, in which case we rely on the rest of the checkpoints.

Are the garments new or second-hand?

They are second-hand, and some arrive new with tags. On every product page we state the condition (New with tags, Like new, Very good condition or Good condition) and photograph any detail you should know about.

What happens if I have questions about my order?

Write to us and we will send you additional photos or answer any questions you may have before and after your purchase. You also have 14 days to return your order if you are not convinced.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If a recognized authentication service determines that your item is not authentic, contact us with the report and we will refund your full amount, including shipping costs.

Are you affiliated with the brand?

No. We are an independent resale shop. We have no affiliation with the brand or its official distributors; the brands belong to their respective owners.
